If you place an order outside our office hours, it will be dealt with the next working day.

If it's greater than $12, we reserve the right to ask for more money.
Any packages heavier than the above will incur more courier tickets.

Returns and Refund Policy; Late Payments Policy
We offer a 100% guarantee. If you are not happy with your product, send it back to us in original condition within 7 days of the date of delivery. The return freight is your expense unless the fault is ours. In that case we will refund your account.
Unpaid accounts will incur late payment fees and collection costs.
If your order is not paid for within 7 days it will be deleted from the system unless we hear from you.
Shipping within New Zealand
How long will it take to receive my order from Go Native?
Your order will be dispatched within 2 business days of payment being received. Your order should take no more than 2 days to be couriered to you, depending on where you live.
What if my order from Go Native does not arrive?
We dispatch orders using reputable couriers with strict delivery policies and schedules. Unfortunately things do go missing with couriers. Should you find this happening with your order please send us an email with your order number and we will immediately investigate.
International Shipping
Minimum order for international shipping is $NZ150, excluding freight.
Once you order online, we will quote a freight price. If you accept our quote, we will need the last 10 digits of your credit card to process payment. If you don't accept our quote we will refund your card.
Once we have quoted a freight price, if we don't hear from you within 7 days we will delete your order and refund any money to your card.
Any Customs duties, etc, are not the responsibility of Go Native New Zealand.
Please make sure the items you order are allowed into your country. Go Native New Zealand cannot be held responsible for Customs' seizure.

Your credit card details are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders. Once your order is fulfilled, your credit card details will be deleted from our system.
