Please remember that although our website is accessible 24 hours a day, our office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
If you place an order outside our office hours, it will be dealt with the next working day.

Freight Costs
We don't aim to make money on freight costs. Sometimes we make a little, other times we lose, so we hope to break even overall.
Auckland City
up to 25kg: $6
Waiheke and outer islands
(at cost, we will quote if it is greater than $10)
Rest of NZ, including Rural Delivery
up to 10kg: $10
10kg to 20kg: $20
PO Boxes nationwide
up to 5kg: $13
Any packages heavier than the above will incur more courier tickets.

Returns and Refund Policy
We offer a 100% guarantee. If you are not happy with your product, send it back to us in original condition within 7 days of the date of delivery. The return freight is your expense unless the fault is ours. In that case we will refund your account.
Shipping within New Zealand
How long will it take to receive my order from Go Native?
Your order will be dispatched within 2 business days of payment being received. Your order should take no more than 2 days to be couriered to you, depending on where you live.
What if my order from Go Native does not arrive?
We dispatch orders using reputable couriers with strict delivery policies and schedules. Unfortunately things do go missing with couriers. Should you find this happening with your order please send us an email with your order number and we will immediately investigate.
International Shipping
We do ship internationally but the minimum order is $NZ250, excluding freight. Freight is expensive so if you accept our quote, we will need the last 10 digits of your credit card to process payment. If you don't accept our quote we will refund your card.

Your credit card details are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders. Once your order is fulfilled, your credit card details will be deleted from our system.
