Common uses: Eucalyptus staigeriana oil is a anti-infectious, anti-viral, antiseptic, expectorant and anti-inflammatory oil. It can also be used to help relieve sore joints and muscles and is gentle enough to be used on sensitive skin.

History: Eucalyptus essential oil has traditionally been used for relief from sinus issues and to ward off cold and flu symptoms.

Cautions: Eucalyptus oil should be diluted and should not be taken internally or used during pregnancy. It should also be avoided by sufferers of high blood pressure or epilepsy.
