2018 means a couple of new faces at Go Native, so we thought we'd take the opportunity to introduce them to you! Alongside her work at Go Native, Liz is studying for a Bachelor of Arts in English and theatre studies.
My day usually begins with a walk/run with my good friend Tim along the waterfront, followed by a much-earned coffee, and ends with pilates or wine (depending on the day I've had).
How long have you been part of the Go Native team?
Just a month! What a newbie! (But I've known and been friends with the team for years!)
Did you make any New Year's resolutions for 2018? What were they?
To spend more time with my sister and my one-year-old niece.
When did you first discover the joys of making your own beauty products?
When I first flatted with Chelsea and would borrow her homemade products (with her blessing of course).
Ingredient you're currently loving?
A little shea butter is just lovely.
And - because we all love a recommendation - are you binge-watching/listening/reading anything good at the moment?
My husband and I are really into the misfit family of the Gallaghers in Shameless (binge-watch on Netflix!).
Tell us something we'd be surprised to know about you?
I grew up in Whanganui with seven siblings.
What's the best part of working at Go Native?
My delightful co-workers, sometimes, it’s like we're not even working we have so much fun.
