Description: The typical aroma of the Christmas tree, subtler than the pine oils, yet more spicy than the spruce. Strong, balsamic, resinous odor with fresh turpentine notes.

Colour: colourless to pale yellow

Aromatherapy properties: Refreshing, invigorating, stimulating, revive tired, sore muscles.

Suggested uses: Add a few drops to a diffuser to wake up and feel energised. Frequently used in room sprays, detergents, cough and cold preparations.

Blends well with: cedarwood, rosemary, eucalyptus, cajeput, lavender, juniperberry, lemon, sage.

Cautions: Very potent and not to be used on sensitive skin. Avoid use during pregnancy.
