Aroma: fresh, piney, bittersweet and woody

Traditional uses: analgesic, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, anti-diabetic, antispasmodic, antiarthritic, astringent, diuretic, bladder and kidney stimulant, general stimulant, regulates digestive system.

Skin: acne, hair loss, oily skin, blocked pores, wounds, skin tonic.

Muscular/Skeletal: rheumatism, arthritis, sciatica.

Digestive: aids detoxification from over indulgence food, alcohol, stimulates digestion; eases sour or upset stomach; colitis ( inflammatory, spasmodic), intestinal fermentations.

Genito-Urinary/Reproductive: induces menstruation, eases menstrual pains, leucorrhea, cystitis.

Nervous Brain/Mind: anxiety, nervous tension, stress, poor memory, clears the mind.

Blends well with: patchouli, cypress, fennel, frankincense, geranium, grapefruit, orange, lavender, lemongrass, lemon, lime and rosemary.

Satety data: Sensitising, may be slightly irritating, non-toxic. Due to its possible nephrotoxic effect, it should not be used by those with kidney disease. Avoid in pregnancy.
