You are welcome to collect your order. Please choose the click & collect option on checkout. We will email when it is available to collect.

Go Native does not test on animals.

Please remember that although our website is accessible 24 hours a day, our office hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
We are not a shop, so coming around to browse isn't an option. Sorry.

NZ Freight Costs

Orders $130 and under: $8.50
Free freight for orders over $130
Outer Islands $20* 
This includes: Great Barrier Island, Stewart Island & the Chatham Islands.

Please note: We can no longer deliver to PO Boxes. (If you have no alternative physical address, speak to us and we can work something out.)

All orders need to be signed for.
If you want your order left without a signature, or if you have special delivery instructions, please leave a message to this effect in the Message Box on the checkout form.
Go Native is NOT responsible for orders that are not signed for.

Rural delivery freight takes 2-3 days extra to be delivered and the RD contractors are not obligated to get a signature.

Please track your order and contact us if it doesn't arrive or if there is an issue with the contents within 7 days. After 14 days couriers no longer accept claims for lost or damaged parcels. Because of this we are unable to send replacements after 14 days from shipping confirmation.

Click & collect option is available: Once your order is ready to collect, we will email you the details.
We are in Devonport, Auckland.
Click & collect orders will be retained for 1 month and then disposed of.

*We have unfortunately had to put up our shipping prices for Outer Islands. We have been absorbing rising costs of freight for as long as we can but for Outer Islands we are no longer able to shoulder the full cost. 

We have added a new shipping option at the checkout for Outer Islands. The new Outer Islands shipping price is $20. This is a flat price regardless of the cost of the order as the full ticket price is $28.50 so we are absorbing the extra $8.50, the equivalent of the free shipping for the rest of the country.

Returns and Refund Policy

Returns: Please phone and ask for our physical address to return the goods to.
DO NOT return the goods to our PO Box. We rarely go there.


We offer a 100% guarantee. If you are not happy with your product, send it back to us in original condition within 7 days of the date of delivery. No claims are acknowledged after this time.

All freight is at your expense unless the fault is ours. In that case we will refund shipping too.

Deductions on refunds:
1. If a full order is returned, the actual freight cost will be deducted from the refund, not just the $8.50 that we charge.
2. If a part order is returned, then freight cost will be deducted if this brings the original order down to $125 or under.

If an item ordered arrives damaged, please make a claim by emailing us on info@gonative.co.nz within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If your order does not arrive within a few days of your receiving our notification of it having been shipped, please contact us so we can search for it.
We cannot be held responsible if we are not informed within 7 days as we have to be prompt in making a claim on our freight insurance.
A 20% restocking fee is imposed on any order that we have packed but is then cancelled.
If your order is not paid for within 7 days it will be deleted from the system unless we hear from you.
 

Shipping within New Zealand


How long will it take to receive my order from Go Native?
Your order will be dispatched within one business day of payment being received. Your order should take no more than two days to be couriered to you, depending on where you live.

What if my order from Go Native does not arrive?
We dispatch orders using reputable couriers with strict delivery policies and schedules. Unfortunately things do go missing with couriers. Should this happen with your order please send us an email with your order number and we will immediately investigate.
 

International Shipping

We no longer ship outside NZ as no shipper will airfreight liquids. Pressurisation causes caps to come off which leads to spillage and unsustainable costs for the shippers.
 


Privacy Policy


Go Native New Zealand is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers.
Personal information provided by you is used only for the purpose of fulfilling your orders and/or providing you with our product information. This information is sent to you via email directly into your inbox. You can of course opt out of such communication with us simply by clicking on unsubscribe.

We promise that your personal details will not be used for any other purpose.

Your credit card details are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders. The system is such that no one at Go Native ever sees your entire credit card details.

100% security online is paramount at us at Go Native and we understand just how important it is to you too. This is why we have made your security our primary concern.

All information that you provide us with is encrypted and transmitted via 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

SSL is the system used by all legitimate shopping sites world wide.
