Shipping & Delivery
Free Shipping for Orders over $130
Orders under $130 freight is $8.50
Outer Islands may be charged additional shipping fee. We will contact you before your order is processed.
This includes: Great Barrier Island, Stewart Island & the Chatham Islands.
Please note: We can no longer deliver to PO Boxes.
(If you have no alternative physical address, speak to us and we can work something out.)
All orders need to be signed for
If you want your order left without a signature, or if you have special delivery instructions, please leave a message to this effect in the Message Box on the checkout form.
Go Native New Zealand Ltd is NOT responsible for orders that are not signed for.
Rural Delivery freight takes 2-3 days extra to be delivered.
Rural Delivery Contractors are NOT obligated to get a signature.
Please track your order: Contact us if it doesn't arrive or if there is an issue with the contents within 7 days. After 14 days couriers no longer accept claims for lost or damaged parcels. Because of this we are unable to send replacements after 14 days from shipping confirmation.
Click & Collect
We are open for Click & Collect pick-ups from 9am to 5pm, weekdays Monday - Friday.
Please email us if you need to collect outside those hours.
Please note the following, prior to collecting your order:
- You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to pick up.
- You MUST ensure you receive this email prior to coming to collect your order.
- All orders will be held at the click and collect site for 4 weeks/28 days. If not collected in this time (and if we haven’t heard from you) the order is considered perished and will be discarded – no credit or refund will be given.

How long will it take to receive my order from Go Native?
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment being received.
Your order should take no more than 2-5 business days to be couriered to you, depending on where you live.
Allow for an extra 2-3 days for rural addresses.
For orders containing 'Dangerous Goods', please anticipate additional freight time due to extra carrier procedures, as freight can travel by road transport only.
What if my order from Go Native NZ does not arrive?
We dispatch orders using reputable couriers with strict delivery policies and schedules. Unfortunately orders do go missing. Should this happen with your order please send us an email with your order number and we will immediately investigate.
Can I track my order? You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. This will include your tracking number and the freight carrier we have selected to ship your order.
International Shipping
- Unfortunately we do not ship internationally.
