Ready to Pick Up Your Order? 😊

⚠️ Please do not come to collect your order until you have received the “Your order is ready for pick-up” email. We prepare orders in batches, so arriving early may mean your order is not yet available.

Please make sure:

1. Follow the instructions - Please follow the pick-up instructions included in your notification email.

2. Children & pets are supervised - Ensure children and pets are supervised when collecting your order.

3. Friendly office dogs on site - We have friendly office dogs who may bark when you arrive. They are fully fenced in. Please call ahead if you would prefer they are inside.

Orders must be picked up within 1 month.

Collection Hours
Click & Collect orders are available after hours and over the weekend, so you can collect whenever it suits you.

(Unless weather is severe, in which case please phone ahead.)

We are not a physical store, so orders must be placed online before collection. We’re also unable to add to or amend orders on the spot. If you’d like to change your order, please do so before you arrive and wait for email confirmation that the update is complete before coming to collect.
