Honeycomb M&P soapLooks hard. It's not. It has to be poured in three stages. 1. The bee was made from clear M&P with gold sparkle mica. Pour that into the bee part of the mould and leave to set. Doesn't take long as it's so small. 2. The white honeycomb part is just white M&P. Pour carefully and scrape away any soap that is on the hole part of the comb. Leave to set. 3. For this, use clear M&P and add 1 tsp of honey and half a tsp of litsea cubeba essential oil. This gives he clear soap a yellow tinge and a lemony fragrance. Leave to set. Unmould carefully when it is hard. |
Turtle M&P soapIt wasn't until I looked at this mould carefully that I realised the turtle had a cap. It looks really cool. This mould was poured in two parts. 1. The hat: clear M&P and red mica. Pour this into the hat part of the mould. Leave to set. 2. White M&P with green mica and a fragrance of your choice. Mix this and pour into the rest of the mould. Leave to set. Unmould carefully. |
Sheep mouldThis mould is our most popular. It's just gorgeous and you can play around with sheep styles. It could be plain white, plain black or anything in between. I like a white face as it shows the sheep's dear little face. The steps for a black & white sheep: 1. White M&P and pour the face. Leave to set. It's a wee bit hit and miss as to where the white ends up but that makes each sheep unique! 2. Clear M&P and black mica. Mix these two with a fragrance of your choice and pour into the rest of the mould. Leave to set. 3. I now cut off the sheep's feet. Ouch. Pour white M&P into the feet. Leave to set. Unmould carefully. |
