Carrageenan gum powder
Carrageenan gum is a natural gum produced from the seaweed, Chondrus crispus.It is the Kappa variety.
It makes a clear gel.
Use at about 1% (1g per 100g water).
Sprinkle powder on warm water and blend. Very simple. The more powder used, the thicker the gel.
