Can be added to anhydrous (oil only) blends and balms for added antioxidant benefits and to help increase the shelf life of oils. Can be added to emulsions (creams) in the cool down phase, in conjunction with, but does not take the place of, a broad spectrum preservative such as Geogard 221
Our Organic Vitamin E is a natural blend of tocopherols extracted from certified organic sunflower seed oil. It contains a high percentage of alpha tocopherol (92.12%), alongside gamma, beta, and delta tocopherols, providing excellent antioxidant protection for oil-based skincare products.
This vitamin E is ideal for those wanting a certified organic option to help slow the oxidation of oils and provide light skin-conditioning benefits.

Usage

- Must be used alongside a broad-spectrum preservative in water-based formulations (e.g., Geogard 221).
Precautions
Vitamin E is concentrated and should be diluted before direct skin application. Undiluted tocopherol may cause irritation.
