Amla oil hair mask pack

Create a rich, nourishing hair treatment at home with this easy Amla oil hair mask pack.

Simply melt, stir and pour, the formula sets into a smooth, scoopable mask ready for use.

This pack makes 200g of product and includes all pre-measured ingredients needed to make one full batch.

Pack Includes

• 120g Organic Amla Oil
• 40g Conditioner Pellets (BTMS-25)
• 30g Organic Shea Butter
• 10g Polysorbate 80
  

What You’ll Need at Home

• Heatproof jug or bowl
• Pot (to create a double boiler)
• Spatula
• Container or jar/s for the finished mask - or use the pot it comes in. Pictured in 2 x 100g amber pots (not included).

Method

1. Melt the base
   Place all the ingredients into a heatproof jug.
   Set the jug in a shallow water bath and gently heat until everything is fully melted.
   Stir continuously to help the mixture come together smoothly.

2. Pour and set
   Pour into a container/s and allow to cool and solidify at room temperature (or refrigerate to speed up the process).

Your mask is now ready to use.

How to Use

Scoop out approximately 2 Tbsp (more for long or thick hair) and apply to dry hair, working it through with fingers or a wide-tooth comb.

Leave on for as long as you like. Longer contact time gives a richer conditioning effect.
Overnight use is fine as long as hair is wrapped to protect bedding.

Shampoo out and style as usual.

About the Ingredients

Amla Oil
Cold-pressed from the Indian gooseberry, amla oil is widely used in traditional hair care practices. It is celebrated for helping maintain hair softness and shine and is commonly used in conditioning masks and scalp treatments.

Conditioner Pellets (BTMS-25)
A mild, conditioning emulsifier that gives excellent slip and softness. Helps the mask rinse out more easily while leaving hair feeling smooth.

Organic Shea Butter
Adds richness, moisture and a soft, buttery texture to the mask.

Polysorbate 80
A solubiliser that helps the mask rinse out more cleanly, preventing excessive residue on the hair.

Allergy Note

Amla is a gooseberry and may not be suitable for those with sensitivities related to kiwifruit, strawberries or other fruits.
A patch test is recommended before first use.
