Barbary & Bakuchiol Face Serum
A silky, antioxidant-rich serum designed to support skin elasticity, hydration, and clarity. Featuring bakuchiol as a natural alternative to retinol, and luxurious botanicals like barbary fig seed oil and jasmine absolute, this blend is ideal for all skin types—especially mature skin.
Key Ingredients
Bakuchiol – A plant-based alternative to retinol, known for its antioxidant benefits. Said to promote skin renewal, improve texture, and reduce the appearance of fine lines and pigmentation — without the irritation often associated with synthetic retinoids.
Barbary Fig Seed Oil (certified organic) – Also known as prickly pear seed oil. This lightweight oil is rich in essential fatty acids and vitamin E. It’s said to help soothe, protect, and support skin elasticity and firmness.
Avocado Oil (certified organic) – Rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and essential fatty acids. Commonly used to help nourish dry or mature skin and maintain skin softness and resilience.
Squalane – A stable, olive-derived emollient that mimics skin’s natural sebum. Known to hydrate, support barrier function, and leave skin feeling soft and balanced.
Macadamia Nut Oil (certified organic) – Contains oleic and linoleic acids, which help soften the skin and support regeneration. Often used to maintain skin barrier function and elasticity.
Note: Contains nut oil. Avoid if allergic to nuts.
Jojoba Oil (certified organic) – Closely resembles the skin’s own sebum. Said to help balance oil production, moisturise dry skin, and support skin barrier health.
Vitamin E (certified organic) – An antioxidant used to help support skin regeneration, protect against environmental stress, and prolong the shelf life of oils.
Jasmine Absolute – A luxurious botanical extract valued for its soft floral aroma and association with skin conditioning and comfort.
How to Use
Apply 2–5 drops directly to clean skin, morning and/or night.
Gently massage in using upward motions.
Use on its own or layered after water-based serums and before moisturiser.
Packaging
5ml and 20ml volumes come with glass droppers. Larger sizes come with white dripulator caps.
