Beeswax pellets, NZ, white
These New Zealand made white beeswax pellets are a refined, high-purity wax widely used in skincare, balm making, candle making and cosmetic formulations. Naturally firm at room temperature, beeswax becomes soft and pliable when warmed and melts smoothly into oils, making it an easy and reliable structuring ingredient.
White beeswax has a faint, natural honey aroma and a smooth, matte finish once set. It is practically insoluble in water and fully soluble in both fixed and volatile oils, allowing it to blend seamlessly into oil-based formulations.
Processing
This beeswax begins as the highest-grade lemon-coloured crude beeswax. It is gently melted using clean, untreated bore water and allowed to settle naturally. The colour is then removed using an organic and sustainable refining method. Finally, the wax is micro-filtered to remove impurities before being formed into uniform pellets, ensuring consistency and ease of use.
