Gold Sparkle Mica
Gold Sparkle mica is a high-shimmer pigment that creates a bold, glittering gold effect in cosmetics and soaps. With its larger particle size (20–200μm), it produces a bright, sparkling finish rather than the smooth sheen of satin micas. This makes it perfect for dazzling eyeshadows, high-impact highlighters, and decorative swirls or brushed-on accents in soapmaking.
Mica is a fine mineral powder that reflects light to create a pearlescent effect on the skin. Gold Sparkle mica is produced by coating natural mica flakes with titanium dioxide, tin dioxide, and iron oxide. The larger particle size enhances reflection, giving a more dramatic, glittery shimmer that catches the light beautifully.
In clear M&P soap, Gold Sparkle mica produces luminous golden tones with strong sparkle and depth. In opaque soaps, the shimmer is softer but still creates striking highlights when swirled through or brushed onto the surface. Its bold glittery effect makes it especially suited to decorative applications where a radiant gold finish is desired.
