Lemon verbena natural perfume concentrate (Natco)
ECOCERT-approved for use in natural/organic cosmetics.
A natural-origin perfume concentrate created by a perfume house in Grasse, France. Natco concentrates are composed from materials of natural origin or natural processes: essential oils and natural isolates, CO₂ extracts, biotech (fermentation) components, vegetable-derived solvents, and other nature-derived aromatics.
Aroma profile
Bright, uplifting lemon with sweet-herbal verbena nuances. Think crisp, sunlit citrus over fresh green leaves—clean, energising, and wonderfully refreshing.
Common uses
-
Skincare & body care (leave-on): add a fresh, citrus-herbal note to creams, lotions, body oils, solid perfumes.
-
Cleansers & wash-off: ideal in soaps, body washes, shampoo bars.
-
Home scenting: room sprays, aroma oils (with appropriate solubiliser/base).
How to use
-
Solubility: Oil and alcohol soluble. For water-based products, use a solubiliser or emulsify into the oil phase.
-
Add at cool-down to minimise aroma loss (typically ≤45 °C).
Typical usage rates:
-
Skincare (leave-on): 0.1–1%
-
Soapmaking / wash-off: 1–3%
Always check your formula’s safety limits and conduct a small test batch.
CP soapmaking: Behaves well in cold-process soap (good trace behaviour and scent retention in our tests).
Blending ideas
Pairs beautifully with lavender, petitgrain, litsea cubeba, lemongrass, grapefruit, bergamot, rosemary, and soft woods.
