Liquid Conditioner Pack

Make your own liquid hair conditioner at home with this easy refill-style pack. Designed for repeat makers, this pack produces approximately 1.5kg of smooth, high-quality conditioner and contains everything you need except water.

This formula creates a rich, creamy conditioner suitable for everyday use and works well across a wide range of hair types.

What You’ll Need at Home

• Stick blender
• Spatula
• Pot with at least 3L capacity
• Containers for the finished conditioner

Ingredients

Step 1

• Conditioner pellets (BTMS-25)

Step 2

• Coco Glucoside & Glyceryl Oleate
• Hydrolysed Quinoa
• Microcare DB (preservative)
• Chosen fragrance

Method

1. Add 1.2kg water (approximately 5 cups) to a pot.

2. Add the Step 1 ingredients and gently heat until the conditioner pellets have fully melted.

3. Blend using a stick blender, scraping down the sides of the pot as you go.

4. Once the mixture thickens and looks uniform, add the Step 2 ingredients and blend again until fully combined.

5. Pour into containers and allow to cool completely before use.

About the Ingredients

Some of the ingredients included may be unfamiliar. Here’s a quick overview of what they do in the formula.

Conditioner pellets (BTMS-25)
A conditioning emulsifier that provides excellent slip, softness, and detangling. Widely used in both leave-on and rinse-off hair conditioners.

Coco Glucoside & Glyceryl Oleate
A mild surfactant blend that supports conditioning and improves the overall feel of the formula, helping hair feel smooth without heaviness.

Hydrolysed Quinoa
A plant-based protein rich in amino acids, commonly used to support hair softness, manageability, and shine.

Microcare DB
An Ecocert-approved broad-spectrum preservative suitable for water-containing formulations.
