Mānuka Essential Oil, NZ, Spray-Free
Mānuka is one of three tea trees indigenous to New Zealand and Australia. New Zealand–grown mānuka essential oil is known for its distinctive, fresh, and herbaceous scent and is a popular addition to both aromatherapy and skincare formulations.
Botanical background:
The mānuka tree has long been valued in traditional Māori rongoā (medicine). Infusions and poultices were made from the leaves and inner bark, while the seeds and sap were sometimes chewed. The tree also produces a nectar that bees turn into the well-known mānuka honey.
