Rosemary essential oil, certified organic

A fresh, herbal and invigorating essential oil with a clean, uplifting aroma. Distilled from the flowering tops of the Rosmarinus officinalis herb, certified organic rosemary essential oil is popular in aromatherapy, natural home fragrance, and DIY skincare and haircare formulations.

An evergreen shrub with dark green needle-like leaves, rosemary has a long history of traditional aromatic use. Its name, Rosmarinus, means “dew of the sea,” reflecting its ability to thrive in coastal environments. Rosemary was historically burned in hospitals and temples to scent and purify the air.

About Rosemary Essential Oil

Rosemary essential oil has a bright, herbal scent with subtle woody and minty notes. It is commonly used to create fresh, energising aromas in diffusers and room sprays, and is a versatile ingredient for DIY personal care. When well diluted, it can be added to shampoos, conditioners, scalp oils, body washes, cleansers, toners, balms, soaps and natural deodorants.
