Sweet, fresh, and uplifting, certified organic Spearmint essential oil has a softer, gentler aroma than peppermint while still providing that unmistakable minty freshness. Steam distilled from the flowering tops of the spearmint plant, this oil is known for its clean, cooling scent and versatile use in aromatherapy, skincare, and home care formulations.

Spearmint essential oil brings a light, refreshing top note to blends and can help create an energising yet calming atmosphere. In skincare, it is used in very small amounts to impart a fresh scent to cleansers, soaps, and body products.

How to use

  • Skincare: Use sparingly at 0.1–1% in wash-off products such as soaps, cleansers, and scrubs. Avoid use on sensitive skin or in leave-on facial formulations.

  • Diffusion and aromatherapy: Add a few drops to a diffuser or oil burner for a clean, invigorating aroma that can uplift and refresh.

  • Home and cleaning products: Blend into homemade surface sprays or room fresheners for a naturally crisp, minty scent.

  • Bath and body products: Add to bath salts, body washes, or foot soaks for a cooling and rejuvenating experience.

(Essential oils should always be well diluted. Avoid during pregnancy and patch test before use.)
