Almond oil and apricot kernel oils are the most common carrier oils used for massage.
These oils can be used alone or you can add an essential oil or blend.
Take a 100ml glass bottle and half fill it with a carrier oil.
Add a few drops of an essential oil. Shake the bottle. Fill it up with the same carrier oil, leaving enough room for you to shake the blend.
Note: If you are using an essential oil blend, combine the oils in a separate bottle. Once you are happy with the blend, add a few drops to your massage oil.
